Family Therapy
Family dynamics are complex and ever changing as each person goes through developmental stages of life and outside circumstances impact the system. Oftentimes a family member’s behavior or conflict in the system is due to changes or patterns that we can help you identify so you can form new adaptive ways of relating to one another. Stuck points for families are often children becoming more independent, moving to a new location, blended family dynamics, fostering/adoption, single-parenting, or separation/divorce. Family sessions are designed to help your members grow in individual awareness, take ownership, and create better connections with one another.
Colossians 3: 12-14
Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.
